What I Wore: Pageant Review

As you know, I competed in a pageant this past weekend!

I started competing in pageants when I was 15 and they completely changed my life for the better. In high school I was incredibly quiet and shy and was terrified of even the idea of public speaking. During my first pageant, I actually froze up on stage for a good 90 seconds before answering my onstage question. I obviously did not win that first pageant but I worked hard and opened myself up to public speaking opportunities, came back two years later and won the crown!

Now I compete in the Miss Ohio America Organization and I love it. The opportunities it has given me to develop myself further through bettering my professional interview, being dedicated to a service platform and talent, maintaining physical fitness through swimsuit and developing a presence through evening gown. I know I won't be at Miss Ohio this year, but my goal is to be at Miss Ohio in 2014.

Anyways, on to the wardrobe!

For interview I wore the eShakti dress with my hair up, you can view that post here.
